Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

Please note that during busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

As many of our products are handmade or small-batch produced, some items may require additional preparation time.


New Zealand Shipping

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • North Island: 1–3 business days
  • South Island: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier service, rural delivery, weather conditions, or public holidays.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.


Rural Deliveries

Rural delivery addresses may require additional delivery time.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for courier delays once parcels have been dispatched.

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the courier provider.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
