Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original tags and packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Items must be returned in original unused condition

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.


Handmade Product Disclaimer

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, colour tones, sizing, or pattern positioning may occur. These small differences make each piece unique and are not considered faults.

Please note that colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
